Hi, I’m Amanda. I’ve been photographing seniors, families, and couples throughout Seaside and the surrounding 30A communities for years, and senior portraits are one of my favorite sessions to shoot. There’s something special about capturing someone right on the edge of what’s next. Specifically, that mix of confidence, nerves, and excitement is pure magic in front of the camera.
Overall, my style is bright, natural, and timeless. Above all, I shoot in a way that will still feel beautiful twenty years from now, not just on Instagram next week. Typically, most Seaside senior sessions run 45 minutes – 2 hours and include multiple outfit changes and location shifts within the area. Throughout the session, I’ll guide every pose, so even seniors who “don’t know what to do with their hands” come out looking natural and confident.

When to Book Your Senior Session in Seaside
Generally, senior portraits in Seaside book up fastest from April through October, with sunset sessions filling first. If you’re a rising senior, I recommend reserving your date 2–4 months in advance, especially around spring break, summer beach trips, and back-to-school season. Out-of-town families who visit Seaside or 30A for their annual beach vacation can absolutely build a senior session into the trip — and many of my clients do exactly that. It’s one of the most popular ways to make a family beach week even more meaningful.
